WoW TWW Pre-Event: Lowest Prices on Nostalgic Memories

With The War Within, the highly anticipated new expansion for World of Warcraft, arriving at the end of August, the team at Blizzard has organized an event for players to sweeten the wait. A pre-expansion event that not only allows players to obtain some interesting rewards but also offers a look back at past events with Memories. That is, the opportunity to relive some iconic quests to refresh the memory of veterans, but also to engage those who will return to World of Warcraft with the new expansion.


Radiant Echoes – The WoW Event Before The War Within

Titled Radiant Echoes, this new event before the great expansion, as already mentioned, will allow us to revisit some of the past quests in preparation for The War Within. Every 30 minutes of gameplay, a Radiant Echoes will randomly activate on the map in 3 specific zones:

  • Dustwallow Marsh: Kalimdor Memories (such as Lazy Peons, Zenn’s Bidding, Power Crystals, King of the Ogres)
  • Searing Gorge: Eastern Kingdoms Memories (such as The Gift from the Embalmer, The Fields of Grief, Green Hills of Stranglethorn, The Soulflayer)
  • Dragonblight: Northrend Memories (such as The Maiden of the Lake… And Frogs, Oh Noes, the Tadpoles!, The Prophet of Sseratus, I Remember You…)

However, there will be a First Phase where a Coalesced Memory Boss will spawn in one of these zones and then only in the Second Phase we can replay the past quests. Quests that will also allow dropping past items that are difficult to obtain. Once 6 Quests are completed, 3 new bosses will spawn in the 3 different zones: Onyxia in Dustwallow Marsh, Ragnaros in Searing Gorge, and the Lich King in Dragonblight. Once defeated, we will have successfully completed Radiant Echoes.


Radiant Echoes – Rewards and When the Pre-Patch Arrives

An important resource will be introduced with Radiant Echoes, which seems to be dropped by enemies during the event. This resource can be exchanged with specific Vendors for some special items. Items that not only include 3 Battle Pets (whelpling, ghoul, and kobold) with effects similar to the Radiant Echoes NPCs, but also a new Ring with unlockable powers, a 32-slot Warband-bound bag, a 30-slot Warband-bound Reagent bag, and a complete set of ilvl 489, 1/8 Champion Gear. The event is scheduled to start from 30th July 2024.

In short, an event not to be missed for fans of Blizzard’s famous MMO, and especially a great opportunity for many to return and refresh their memories, in anticipation of The War Within.
