Blizzard has removed genders in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.

WOW: DRAGONFLIGHT REMOVED GENDER DESIGNATIONS
Blizzard has removed gender designation in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and replaced them with “Body 1” and “Body 2.”
Body 1 is the old male type, and Body 2 is the old female type, and the changes can already be seen in WoW: Dragonflight’s alpha.
Blizzard also plans to allow players to select whatever voice they want for their character regardless of gender.
Dataminers have also reportedly uncovered files allowing players to select from the pronouns he/she, she/she, and she/them.
We will know for sure what changes Blizzard has in store for us when World of Warcraft: Dragonflight launches later this year.
