The Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered Game Pass Version
The version accessible through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the Standard Edition which offers the base game and both major expansion packs: Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. It also comes with all of the original downloadable content including Fighter’s Stronghold expansion, Spell Tome Treasures, Vile Lair, Mehrune’s Razor, The Thieves Den, Wizard’s Tower, Orrery, and Horse Pack Armor.
The full install size comes in at 124.2 GB for Xbox, so it’s worth checking that you have enough available storage space before installing.
Oblivion Remastered is also supported by Xbox Play Anywhere which allows players to install the game on both Xbox consoles and Windows PCs, and even stream it via xCloud. It includes cross-saves and cross-entitlements, making it easy to switch between platforms and continue your progress.
There’s also a Deluxe Edition of Oblivion Remastered but it’s not included in the Game Pass library. However, Game Pass members have the option to purchase the Deluxe Upgrade separately.
This upgrade adds new quests that reward you with exclusive Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon-themed armors, weapons, and horse armor sets. On top of that, you gain access to the digital artbook and soundtrack app.
Some players have reported that the upgrade option wasn’t immediately visible in the in-game menu. If you run into this issue, simply search for the Deluxe Upgrade directly in the Store, and you’ll be able to buy and install it from there.
