WHO PLAYS THE MASTER CHIEF IN THE HALO TV SERIES?
It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally getting a Halo TV series, thanks to Paramount and 343 Industries.
Last week, 343 Industries confirmed the Halo TV series would run within its own “silver timeline” as it attempts to pull in fans of the video games and potential newcomers to the franchise.
Although we don’t know much about the show’s storyline, it looks like it could combine elements of the first Halo game with original content.
In the trailer above, we get to see Master Chief, Cortana, an Elite, a Warthog, Pelican, and a few recognizable weapons such as the Energy Sword and MA5 assault rifle.
One of the jarring changes in the TV series is that John-117 will not feature the voice of Steve Downes but instead is played by Pablo Schreiber, half-brother of Liev Schrieber.
So far, though, the reception has been positive, as fans look forward to seeing Master Chief and Halo brought to life for a new audience.

The Halo TV series launches on Paramount+ on 26 March, 2022 where it will be available exclusively to subscribers.
