Space Marine 2 Build Leaked Online

Saber Interactive’s upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has had a fully playable pre-release version leaked online. In response, the developer has released a statement asking players to “avoid this unfinished build.”

The leaked version supposedly features a full campaign, including story spoilers, so avoid searching if you don’t want to ruin the upcoming action game for yourself. Although the download is reported to be 70 GB in size, there are still features that are not quite finished, such as placeholder assets placed in the graphics and settings menus.

And it appears that it is an older version of the game, as Saber acknowledged it as being “almost a year old by the time we launch.” Despite the disappointing leak, Saber has ensured its community that it is committed to “deliver the best possible game” on the statement posted on X.

Space Marine 2’s leaked build follows the cancelation of the game’s beta, in which Sabe said was to “prepare for the full launch.”

Hopefully, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be ready to go and see no further incidents when it releases on September 9 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
