The Rules of SteamKeyBox Have Changed!
To our dear users,
It has come to our attention that some users have been abusing the use of the SteamKeyBox wheel, and as such, we have come to a difficult decision of changing the wheel limit to 1 wheel per month (previously was one per day).
Let us give you the reasons why we came with this decision:
Steamkeybox is the most innovative loyalty program for gamers :).
More than just ridiculous discounts or gift coupons, Steamkeybox offers all participants the chance to get the most popular games for free.
Steamkeybox is the loyalty program of Allkeyshop. It exists to reward the thousands of users of its price comparison.
As you can imagine, this is not free for us.
Even if the user has nothing to pay, our budget for this loyalty program has exploded in recent years, and the fact that some users abuse our loyalty program is a problem we have been thinking about for a long time now.
The philosophy of our reward program from the beginning is that we want to thank our users and give access to video games to the most players possible.
We never wanted to feed a parallel resale market for video games.
We have seen from the beginning of our reward program that some users keep looking for ways to exploit it.
Despite many changes, and hours of work to find ways to limit these practices, the problem still persists, so we have come to the conclusion that we must limit the number of times a user can win a game.
From now on it will be possible to turn the wheel only once a month to avoid any abuse and thus control the catalog of games that we will have to increase.
To master the catalog of the game is to also ensure that games don’t run out of stock, and also offer more choices for our users.
At present we cannot continue to feed a secondary market of users who enrich themselves by reselling games. So we decided to only allow the real players to win the game of their choice once each month.
We hope that you will understand our position. We strongly believe that this limitation will only be annoying for those who abuse our system, and that the real players will be able to understand how reasonable this is on our part.
All other features of Allkeyshop will not change. You can continue to earn coins every day and accumulate them, but you can only spin the wheel once a month in SteamKeyBox.

I totally understand your position and why you made this change.And it will surely have an effect on legit users who own only one account on Steamkeybox and see this as a way of making money. But this change will not stop the users who have multiple accounts on Steamkeybox(sometimes up to 20,30 or more).They will still get 20,30 games every month. But the situation on Steamkeybox isn t the problem.Just the result.It all starts with the way coins are won. The real problem is that your security measures can t stop all users from creating multiple accounts on your sites(EU,FR,US,DE,ES,IT,NL,PT). For the past months "every" giveaway and lottery is plagued with "hundreds" of bots.And i m not exaggerating. They have been winning 1/3(or more) of Twitch Giveaways,50% of 100c lottery and at least three(sometimes four)of 5,10,15,20,25 and 30c lotteries.Every day! The proof is there and in your hands for quite some time now. So if you really want the "real players" to win and don t want to feed a secondary market of users who enrich themselves by reselling games,like you said,please try to find a solution to the real problem here. i was under the impression that it was ok to have multiple accounts that enter lotteries on other aks sites. i heard that more than once from people, including in the sub only discord chat and also from someone who said he heard it from a site dev or something like that. I 'd love some clarification on this. i've been using 2 aks accounts for awhile now. this one and the USA server being that i am from USA, and made a few more accounts on other servers about a week ago, cause in the past 6+ months i been here i never won more than 1 coin lotteries. it's basicaly impossible to have a chance in lotteries when people who been here for ages have point counts in the mega millions. Honestly im not hopeful of ever getting a lottery win, there are just too many lottery points out there being spent for me too compete. honestly i probably am gonna give up on these sites after this new system. not cause i cant sell games, thats not why i'm here but being that im from the USA there arent many good games on SKB that are available to me, and being that i have to put in tons of effort on twitch stream to even get coins to get what i want, only to have to wait a month and wonder if the game im even hoping for will still be there when i get my next spin, it just really doesnt seem worth it anymore. But thanks AKS, i appreciate what you gave me the chance to accumulate in my time here.
