The news comes from well-known Dealabs leaker billbil_kun on 11 Decembe 2024. The leaker mention that the team planned The First Berserker: Khazan as a multiplayer game but later developed it as a single-player experience. A Beta was also held in October.
First announced at The Game Awards 2023, billbil_kun speculates the title will feature at TGA 2024, where Nexon will announce the release date. But the leaker has already revealed it: March 27, 2025, launching on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

billbil_kun also shared an interesting detail about The First Berserker: Khazan. Nexon seems to have opted for a Buy-to-Play model instead of its usual F2P approach. Similar to what they did with DNF Duel, this will include a nearly complete experience at launch.
Reportedly, The First Berserker: Khazan will also release in a physical edition for consoles, priced around $59.99. If billbil_kun’s information is accurate, we’ll learn more at TGA 2024, including the release date and pricing of The First Berserker: Khazan.
