STALKER 2 was without question one of the biggest success stories in gaming last year. After years of anticipation and development hurdles, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl finally launched to both critical acclaim and player praise. The game’s gritty post-apocalyptic atmosphere, powered by Unreal Engine 5, pulled players deep into the Exclusion Zone and they haven’t looked back since.
While the launch version of STALKER 2 was already strong, GSC Game World has continued polishing the experience with consistent updates. As of now, GSC Game World hasn’t said a word about what this patch includes. The only detail is the pre-load message which mentions the update going live on April 15. So, there’s a chance we’ll get some answers soon.
One more thing, current reports only confirm this patch on the Xbox Series version. No confirmation yet for PC or other platforms, so stay tuned.
