Follow these easy steps to download Splinter Cell free on Uplay: Step 1: Login to your Uplay account using the Uplay client. Step 2: Click Ubi 30 from the menu Step 3: Scroll down and agree to the disclaimer by placing a check mark in the box. Then click on GET THE GAME NOW to start the download.
