Same experience as many others have had. Didn’t get the “in stock” item, had to sent them a chat message (which they luckily answered quickly) and they said it’s out of stock, I’ll get refunded withing 48 hours + however long it takes depending on the payment method. All these reviews and their messages being in broken English made me nervous, I should’ve read the reviews. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

I declined and now waiting for the money… never saw my money.
I bought a key that was supposedly “in stock” but when it did not arrive, and I contacted support. They told me the key is NOT in stock and it will take 2-3 days (which is totally dubious) to refund. I have no faith in that statement and opened a fraud complaint with my credit card company. This business practice is absolutely not trustworthy. I will never buy from this shop again and would recommend everyone to avoid it like the plague!

They allowed me to buy an item and after 30 minutes support told me that item is not available.
Started refunding process 4 days ago and I still waiting for the money…
Don’t but on that site…
i hd the same issue and opened a fraud complaint with the cc company. I hope they block them
