7h later still no sign of my key... not reccomended.
It's the worst of the worst. I did not get the key, and I did not receive my refund through support. I was told I would get my key shortly, but nothing happened. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!
I bought a stalker 2 key and paid 42.99€ and the internet bank shows when I have paid the money has been removed but I have not received the key. I wrote to support but no one answers me. It seems I have been scammed. I don't understand why this store is published by allkeyshop? Punktid.com are scammers beware

I won a 10€ gift card from punktid and went to purchase a game there, payment went through, recieved a code but it was invalid, tried to send a ticket but the website was broken so I sent an e-mail and they answered back questioning if I had tried to put "-" where it's supposed to be. After I said that it still didn't work they didn't answer me back again. I sent a second e-mail but to no avail, it has almost been one week now. I would like an answer but I'm not sure I'll get one... If you buy from this website be advised, the same might happen to you.
The problem was eventually fixed, but still it took some time and required a lot of pacience, but i will give more stars than before. If you do buy, take this into account: You will probably have to talk to support, and wait a lot in between for answers.
I've won a $10 gift card for this site and unlike other sites where you redeem the code and it adds to a wallet fund it is a discount, which means you need a purchase that requires 0,04€ minimum to be processed. The problem is that the only payment methods don't work at all! I've tried over 5 times already to issue payment but the only method that works with my bank doesn't work at all, neither does Paypal nor international bank transfers! And after issuing an order you want cancel it so I lost my coupon over 5 times and had to ask support every time and their solution was to issue a new coupon and cancel the previous order. I can't even use the giftcard I won since there's no other options for payment like a credit card per example, really wish they had other options aside from those that take long to process and don't work at all. To this moment my 5th order for the same product has been sitting there and I'm too tired of pursuing everyday for the past week to get this simple transaction to work. Until then my rating stays as is
