bought a key turned out to be defective, then prove that it is damaged and wait until they spend a week figuring out what the problem is instead of immediately making a refund, in any other store they solve this problem in a couple of hours and return the money, and do not make you wait for weeks until they figure out what the problem is
Money taken, no key was given. The only shop listed that takes money first even if stock is not full (no indication of stock, they change it manually)
Worst key shop I've ever dealt with. Bought a key and surprise, surprise, it was already fucking used. Had to jump through hoops, sending a shitload of screenshots to prove it wasn't working, and these as****es still didn't give me a refund or a new key. Instead, they gave me some bullshit story about sending my proof to the game's publisher and told me to wait. What a load of crap. This place is a fucking joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shitty shop like the plague.
AVOID!! When I bought a key, to give it to me, they forced me to create an account with DNI verification, if this was asked BEFORE paying I would not put the bad review, but they let you pay and as soon as you have bought the key to let you see it is when they force you to verify by photo of your DNI your account
It is 2024, not accepting PayPal and when you pay with a CC they require you to send a picture of you holding your CC. No thanks! I will pay 50 cents more for the next merchant that does accept PayPal and I don't have to send them selfie.
