I wanted to buy some games from them, and saw that I could get an extra discount if I subscribed to their SMART program. It was only $1, so I figured why not. But after subscribing, the SMART price vanished from all the product pages, only showing me the regular price. Even using their SMART discount code, the price still wasn't as low as what was listed before I subbed. Thankfully I'm only out $1, but it still feels extremely shady, so I'll take my business elsewhere.

Still resolving a case with them. Their site signed me into someone else account, charged me, and then redeemed the code for Rise without me doing so. Have filed a complaint though Paypal (thankfully I used them).

Sure they are just a marketplace for merchants, but they could watch after what is sold there. Some offer scam for bigger price, for instance Old World Complete Bundle, which includes base game and two dlc. Other offer was on kinguin, 1-2 euro difference, but that bundle is truely complete and contains all 5 dlc
