Gamivo promises to deliver your pre-order no later than the day the game launches. Sometimes you may receive your key earlier, but this is rare and should not be expected. You can also cancel a pre-order up to 3 days before the launch date.
The Gamivo Customer Protection Program is automatically included in your cart and protects your purchase. Any item bought with the Customer Protection Program service activated is protected with a Gamivo Guarantee. You can turn this off by unchecking the box in your cart before purchase.
Gamivo Smart is a monthly subscription service that offers exclusive discounts, customer service priority, and order priorities. You can disable this by selecting “Buy With Regular Price” at checkout. Signing up for it will mean you do not have to purchase the Customer Protection Program as it’s included.
If you buy a game that can not be used in your region, make sure to notify Gamivo customer support immediately with screenshot proof, although you may not receive a refund or replacement. It is important to always check the region of the game and disable any VPN.

This is one of my favourite webstore with games. There are many good games.
Do not use. Lists games they don’t even have stock of and if you want your money back you have to wait days.
Pretty cool site with a good collection. Also runs legitimate giveaways.
Absolutely trash site.
1. They sell already used keys (in my case for Windows 10 Home).
2. They activate some ~5$ subscription without the user’s consent
3. Even the mailbox detects them as “Dangerous”
