Bought sniper elite 4 for 10 dollars it took about 5 minutes to get key
I bought Imperator rome deluxe edition and received the normal one. There is a chat button and I believed since thet claim 24/7 support I could contact them but it is unavailable. Their website says do not allow refunds even if I never installed the game (it is a preorder). Not allowing refunds in Europe is illegal. Basically I bought the product I did not want and more expensive than steam.

I just bought Imperator: Rome, delivery was steam gift. - I received mail with activation procedure 3min after my order (unfortunately in german but it's easy to understand) - Activation (friend request then gift send) was really fast (~20sec) - Strangely my order doesn't appear on gamesdeal dashboard but anyway the game has been delivered.
You were lucky. People, do not buy deluxe edition because you will receive normal one and there are no refunds.
