If you have bought a game for the wrong region, you can get in touch with their support, who will help you fix it. You will need to provide screenshots as proof.

In 8 orders only once I’ve had problems and they provided help in less than 24 hours. Considering paypal/card fees in italy they almost always have the lower price, too.

1. Buy game
2. Transaction failed
3. Still gets charged
4. Dont receive product

Will update if i receive a working product or a full refund which i fucking doubt.
