If you receive your key and it is saying that it is not valid, make sure to, and if it still does not work, then you should immediately contact their support.
As an extra layer of security, it is common for stores to ask for ID in the form of a Passport, selfie, or phone number when you purchase a game.
It’s unfortunate, but during busy periods it can be possible for a stock to run out. Please be patient, as these keys can take up to 12 hours to be restocked and sent.

Probably one of the worst shops I’ve ever had to deal with. A product page said that it was a Steam key, which is what I wanted, so I ordered it.
What I received was a Steam GIFT that was supposed to be activated through some sketchy process. I contacted support, asked for a refund, they denied it and wouldn’t budge.
In the end I opened a case with PayPal and got my money back. Stay away from this store.
Ordered a Manor Lord key that was listed to be able to activate in my country, but after purchasing it wasn’t. Contacted them and they would refund or send a working key “asap” but never responded, it’s been over 2 weeks now. Send several reminders, no response. Made a new support ticket, got promised to get a response within 12 hours, which was 3 days ago… Wouldn’t recommend this shop.
I ordered a game for Battle Net, the seller added me as a friend and never sent me the game as a gift, the site doesn’t want to reimburse me because for them the key was delivered and the seller doesn’t answer me anymore. In short, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS SITE, A SCAM.
I purchased an Xbox Ultimate 12-month subscription – I was given four codes, but one was already redeemed. The support is ghosting me, and they are very aggressive against using the PayPal dispute process. Threatening no one will help with the request. I raised a dispute and am not going to use it in the future.
