Therefore I can only rate them 2 and a half stars.

It even says that on the Steam store - So obviously it's not the shop that didn't anything wrong. Bad way to rate off of.

Although I did give them my id and password to get the game which I'm currently downloading right now. The customer service was good, but I'm no longer buying anything from this website no more after trying it out for the first time and having to wait for 3 hours and another hour to download the game.
