Play Cyberpunk 2077 for Free

If you haven’t gotten Cyberpunk 2077 yet and want to try it out first, this is the chance you’ve been waiting for. From March 28th 4PM CET/8 AM PDT to April 1 8:59 AM CEST/March 31 11:59 PM PDT, you can play Cyberpunk 2077 for free. This is applicable to the base game only and will not include Phantom Liberty.

The free trial gives you 5 full hours of gameplay and is accessible with a Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Unfortunately for PC players, the trial will not be available due to apparent technical reasons.

To participate, you will need to download the full game so the space you need is approximately 99.3 GB on PlayStation 5 and 103 GB on Xbox Series X|S.



The trial can be played once per account. If you share a console, each can play the trial as long as you have separate user accounts. Then if you decide to purchase the game afterwards, your trial save progress will carry over to the full game.

No subscription is required to access the Cyberpunk 2077 free trial. Well, at least for most of us. Due to SIE policy, Playstation 5 owners in Germany who do not have a Playstation Plus subscription will have to pay a non-refundable fee of €0.15.
