Overwatch 2 releases October 4 and Blizzard has released the exact launch times across all regions.

Blizzard has prepared for Overwatch 2 by shutting down Overwatch 1 as they look to move the entire community over to the next game.

To play Overwatch 2, you must create a free Battle.net account and set up two-factor authentication.

New players need to play 100 matches to unlock every Overwatch 2 character, whereas returning players from Overwatch 1 will have them all available from the start.

  • 12 PM PDT
  • 3 PM EDT
  • 8 PM BST
