Just over a week ago, the new PVE Open-World Survival Crafting game Nightingale by Inflexion Games was released. However, after the release, there were some complaints from the community regarding the servers and the inability to play the game offline. But the developers have responded. Here’s everything you need to know.

Nightingale is a PVE Open-World Survival Crafting game where you can play alone or with up to 4 friends. You must fight against many different monsters in the Fae Realms. The weapons needed for these battles must be shared, crafted, or at least upgraded by yourself. You can find and collect resources everywhere in the world. Additionally, the world offers a lot to explore.
You can also build your own base to have a place to live, and the best part is, you don’t even have to farm all the resources yourself. You can simply hire some NPCs to gather resources for you. So, Nightingale offers a perfect mix of relaxed base-building, collecting, and exploring the world. The exciting extra on top are the battles against many different monsters.
Many players experienced server issues after the release. These issues prevented them from connecting to the servers or resulted in disconnections. However, Inflexion Games is trying to counteract this by continually opening new servers. Just a few hours ago, new servers were opened for South America, and more will follow in other regions over time.
Another feature that bothered many players is the requirement to be always online to play Nightingale. This led to some players experiencing server errors or disconnections in their single-player worlds, or encountering other problems that prevented them from connecting at all. Since the game wanted to focus on cooperative gameplay, no “real” offline mode was developed upon release, but the developers are now prioritizing this.
There is currently no official release date for the offline single-player mode, but it will definitely be released in the next few weeks. The developers will post on their socials as soon as this offline single-player mode is released. Otherwise, you can still play the online single-player if you want to experience the game alone.
