New Resident Evil 2 Gameplay Showcases Leon and Ada Wong in Action

Capcom released a new Resident Evil 2 gameplay video showing off Leon and the mysterious Ada Wong. Titled “Familiar Faces,” the video shows Leon and Ada working together. this video is also some sort of a confirmation that Ada will be one of the playable characters in the game.

The latest Resident Evil2 gameplay video also shows Ada Wong’s “secret weapon” – some sort of a handheld device that can clear huge objects, like an industrial fan as shown in the trailer.

Leon was also featured in the video. The trailer shows him exploring an underground area, and taking on a giant creature.

Another gameplay video featuring Claire Redfield was also released right before the gameplay video for Leon and Ada came out. The video shows a brand new area called the Orphanage, and we see Claire fighting Tyrant. Capcom was also kind enough to include a cutscene at the end of the video which you can watch below:

This remake of Resident Evil 2 is set to launch January 25, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
