The Future of Simulation? InZOI’s New Trailer and System Requirements

The release of the Sims competitor InZOI is getting closer. Just a few days ago, a new seven-minute gameplay trailer dropped, and now the character designer is available for everyone. You can find all the latest info about InZOI, the so-called Sims killer, right here.

What is InZOI?

InZOI is the latest game from KRAFTON, the folks behind PUBG. But this game is totally different from PUBG. It’s a life simulator, kind of like The Sims, but it stands out with its super realistic graphics and use of AI features, all powered by Unreal Engine 5.

In this game, you can live your dream life, which is showcased in the new InZOI trailer you can check out above. The trailer gives us a look at many of the game’s features. For example, you can fully customize the world—not just how it looks, but how its residents behave, whether they fall in love quickly, or how high the crime rate is.

The trailer also shows off some of the house-building features. Like in The Sims, you can freely build houses, and you’ll be assisted by AI, making everyone a master architect. You can even create images using AI or insert your own pictures into the game to create 3D objects for decoration. If you’re interested in this game, I highly recommend checking out the trailer, if only to be wowed by the graphics.

Right now, during Gamescom, you can download and test the incredibly detailed InZOI character editor on Steam until August 26th. The characters you create will be saved, so when the game launches (likely at the end of the year), you can pick up right where you left off.

InZOI System Requirements

As you’d expect from a game with such realistic graphics, the system requirements are pretty high. The minimum requirements include an RTX 2060, 12GB RAM, and at least an Intel i5 10400 or Ryzen 3600 processor. Plus, you’ll need 60 GB of storage space.

If you want to play the game at high resolution and quality, you’ll need at least an RTX 3070, 16GB RAM, and an Intel i7 12700 or AMD Ryzen 5800 processor. You’ll also need a bit more storage space, around 75GB, probably for higher quality textures. These are pretty high requirements, but that’s the price to pay to fully enjoy the game’s graphics and ensure all background processes run smoothly and without any hiccups.

Can’t wait to play InZOI? We get it, but unfortunately, you’ll still have to wait a few more months. In the meantime, you might want to keep playing The Sims.
