Lost Judgment: Opening Cinematic Gives First Look at Characters

Sega has released the opening cinematic for Lost Judgment which gives us a glimpse at the different characters Takayuki Yagami will come across.

What is Lost Judgment?

Lost Judgment is the sequel to the 2018 spin-off of the Yakuza series, Judgment. In the sequel, players will again take the role of detective Takayuki Yagami who takes on a new murder investigation. Alongside him is ex-yakuza Masaharu Kaito.

Among the new characters in the game are Kazuki Soma and Akihiro Ehara. Kazuki is an underground lord working for the RK Group in Kamurocho, while Ehara is the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department .

Sega Master System Spotted

In a gameplay video shared by the game’s creator Ryu Ga Gotoku, we see Takayuki Yagami in his office. What’s noticeable is that his pinball machine has been replaced by a Sega master System.

Release Date and Platforms

Lost Judgment will launch on September 24 worldwide for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. A PC launch has not been announced at this time.
