Lord of the Rings: Gollum is delayed, with Daedalic confirming it will be a “few months.”

Developer Daedalic Entertainment has confirmed that The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is delayed, with a new release date not yet announced.

In a post found on their Twitter, Daedalic that to “deliver the best possible experience,” they have chosen to “push the release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum by a few months.”

It’s another blow for J. R. R. Tolkien fans after the game was first pushed back from its original 2021 release date.

The delay is another blow after The Lord of the Rings: Gollum’s gameplay trailer was only released a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a new release date for The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, but when it does launch, you will find it on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
