Life is Strange: True Colors Launches Brand New Chapter for Series

Life is Strange: True Colors, by Square Enix, launches September 10, 2021, and offers an all-new chapter in the franchise.

WHAT IS LIFE IS STRANGE: TRUE COLORS?

Life is Strange: True Colors is the third major installment in the series but is not a direct sequel to Life is Strange, or Life is Strange 2.

Life is Strange: True Colors follows an all-new protagonist, Alex Chen, who tries to solve the mystery of her brother’s suspicious death while coming to terms with her psychic power in the small town of Haven Springs.

Alex’s psychic power is Empathy, and with the press of a button, you can feel, or sense, another character’s emotions by listening to their thoughts.

Believing it to be a curse, Alex tries to suppress her ability but very quickly learns that it can be an incredible tool to help those around her.

As with previous titles in the series, Life is Strange: True Colors will see you make tough decisions that have severe implications for Haven Springs and other characters.

LIFE IS NOT EPISODIC

Unlike the first and second games, True Colors will release all at once, meaning you don’t have to wait for the chapters to release.

The game is still broken down into five chapters to allow for shorter experiences, but you can buy and install them all by purchasing the game’s Deluxe Edition.
