HOW TO REDEEM A VOUCHER CODE ON GAMESPLANET

• Go to Gamesplanet

• Click on “Create an account” at the top of the page
• Log in or create an account using your email address or social account

• On your account, click on the “Wallet/Credit” tab
• Click “Activate a wallet voucher” to the right

• Enter your voucher code

Note: you can only redeem your voucher this way on the UK version of Gamesplanet.

WHY IS MY GAMESPLANET VOUCHER CODE NOT WORKING?

If your Gamesplanet voucher or discount code is not working, try the following steps:

• Double check you have entered the code correctly
• Make sure you are typing correct digits such as 0 (number) and O (letter)
• Check where you got your discount code from and read any tutorial and information
