Highly Rated Horror Game Arrives on Game Pass

New Game Pass Game of June – What is Firework
Developed by the Chinese indie team Shiying Studio and published by Gamera Games, what the team offers is an investigative game set in a rural area of a mountain village. Budding investigator Lin Lixun finds himself in the middle of a reopened case due to what appears to have been an accidental fire during a funeral. But the more he discovers about the victims’ past, the closer he gets to the truth. Something mysterious that will make him question whether it is something supernatural or an extremely elaborate plan.
With a retro graphic style that combines hand-drawn designs, Firework offers an investigative experience with fascinating and intriguing puzzles and dialogues. It also offers a very particular point of view with a rural village in China from a not-too-distant past. With puzzles that will test us without being too exuberant, a plot full of unexpected twists that will make us doubt our deductions, all accompanied by an aura of mysticism that will give a particular touch to the game. A decidedly interesting game for those who want a purely narrative investigative experience, and a fantastic choice to include in the Game Pass, which will be part of it starting 4th June 2024. And it will be just one of the 5 announced titles, along with Still Wakes The Deep and Rolling Hills, which will replace High On Life, Bramble: The Mountain King, and Rune Factory 4 Special among the various Game Pass offerings.
