Has Warzone 2 Just Been Confirmed as an Xbox Exclusive?
Rumors suggest Activision Blizzard is working on a new Warzone title, but has Microsoft confirmed if Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will be an Xbox exclusive game?

IS CALL OF DUTY: WARZONE 2 IN DEVELOPMENT?
Microsoft and Activision Blizzard are yet to confirm the next Call of Duty games, but recent rumors suggest a Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is in the works.
The rumor comes from Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, who has accurately reported on upcoming games and DLC in the past.
Schreier’s article for Bloomberg also states that three CoD games will release by the end of 2023.
The titles include two standalone titles due to launch in 2022 and 2023 and Warzone 2.
WILL CALL OF DUTY STILL BE ON PLAYSTATION?
Since Microsoft’s $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, the big question has been if Call of Duty would still be available on Sony’s platform.
According to Schreier, the good news, at least for now, is that the next three CoD games will release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
What Microsoft will do with the franchise after 2023 is yet to be seen, but as we saw with the company’s purchase of Bethesda last year, Call of D will likely leave PlayStation after current contracts expire.
We can be sure, though, that moving forward, future Call of Duty games will launch on the Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
