GTA V will launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X on March 15, and Rockstar Games have been busy revealing what to expect with the next-gen launch, such as updates and prices.
GTA V releases March 15 on PS5 and Xbox Series X and Series S, and with it comes new enhancements
Grand Theft Auto V’s launch on the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles sees GTA V re-release for the second time after its initial launch on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
The latest release will see GTA V and GTA Online add new graphics modes to support 4K resolution and 60 FPS and upgrade texture and draw distance.
Other upgrades include HDR options, ray-tracing, haptic feedback, and faster loading times.
PS4 and Xbox One players can transfer their GTA V story and GTA Online characters over to the PS5 and Xbox Series X for free at the next-generation launch.
GTA Online will be a standalone title for both consoles and will feature an all-new GTA Online tutorial, new vehicles, and improved performance.
PS5 owners can download and play GTA Online for free for the first three months following its launch.
Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive have not revealed how much GTA V will cost on PS5 and Xbox Series X, but it will probably not be free.
GTA V may cost up to $40 or more to purchase digitally when it launches on March 15.
