For Honor System Requirements, Supported Video Cards and Controllers Announced
Ubisoft has announced the minimum and recommended For Honor system requirements for PC. They also included a list of supported video cards and controllers.

To be able to run the game at minimum, you’ll need an Intel Core i3-550, AMD Phenom II X4 955, or equivalent CPU. You’ll also need 4GB of RAM. The game’s frame rate is at 30 FPS.
As for its recommended specs, you’ll need an Intel Core i5-2500K, AMD FX-6350, or equivalent CPU, and 8 GB of RAM. Resolution is at 1080p at ~60 FPS.
