Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream Open Network Test

Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream is nearing the finish line and so Bandai Namco will be hosting an Open Network Test this month. And to make sure that there’s enough players to test the game and provide feedback, the ONP will have the servers open for three days.

Here are the sessions you can join in to, with a 4-hour maintenance in between in schedules:


  • September 21 (Saturday) 04:00 CEST to September 21 (Sunday), 04:00 CEST
  • September 22 (Sunday), 08:00 CEST to September 23 (Monday) 05:00 CEST

During the Open Network Test, you will be able to choose between two modes: Boss Raid and Co-op Quest. These online exclusive modes are 20-player teams divided into 4-member parties. Whether it’s clearing maps or doing raids, bosses and enemies like the Sword Golem and The Skull Reaper are bound to make this experience exciting and rewarding.

As for the single-player campaign, it will not be available during this time. We will have to wait for the launch next month for it.

Nine out of the 21 characters from the full version will also be available during ONP. You can choose among them to better execute your team’s strategy:


  • FIGHTER: Kirito and Asuna who are versatile with their well-balanced DPS abilities.
  • TANK: Agil who specializes in provocation skills to attract enemies and shield their allies.
  • ROGUE: Argo and LLENN who use their offensive prowess and agility to disrupt and confuse foes.
  • MAGE: Oberon who creates battlefield anomalies through various disruptive spells.
  • RANGER: Sinon and Fukaziroh who excel in long-range attacks.
  • SUPPORT: Leafa who provides magical buffs and healing to aid her team.

The Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream Open Network Test will be accessible for players across all platforms and will have the cross-play support available.
