Epic Games has announced it will give every person who buys a game on the Epic Games Store 5% back as part of Epic Rewards.
Every Epic Games account that does not have a parental lock activated will be automatically enrolled, with every purchase of a game, app, or virtual currency adding 5% of the total cost to your Epic Rewards balance.
You can stack up these rewards and build a balance to spend on a game sometime in the future, but you have to do it within two years, as the reward funds will expire 25 months after they were added to your account.
The new Epic Rewards is live now, and as mentioned, every account without parental controls is automatically enrolled, so you can start earning money back on games right now.
