Enotria: The Last Song is delayed on Xbox. Find out why some players have to wait longer to play the upcoming RPG with Allkeyshop.
Enotria: The Last Song is an upcoming Souls-like by indie developer Jyamma Games set for a release on September 19 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Unfortunately, the Xbox version has been delayed indefinitely, with the dev blaming Microsoft for “ignoring” them.
Inspired by Italian folklore, Enotria: The Last Song is a gripping adventure set in an eternal play in which players embody the Maskless One, a character whose destiny is forged by their own choices. By defeating enemies, players will earn more than 30 masks, each offers new roles with strengths and weaknesses.
With a total of 68 unlockable skills, millions of build combinations, 8 weapon classes, 45 spells, 8 parry modifiers, and over 120 weapons, players on all platforms are looking forward to the Souls-like releasing on September 19.
Unfortunately for Xbox users, developer Jyamma Games has revealed the game will not launch on Xbox Series X|S. In a statement on the game’s website, the developer stated they’ve “encountered challenges that have delayed our release on the Xbox platform.”
Jyamma Games CEO Jacky Greco went further by blaming Microsoft. In a response, Greco said, “You can ask Xbox why they haven’t answered us for 2 months. Obviously, they don’t care about Enotria, and they don’t care about you.” The problem seems to be that the developer has been trying to submit the game for launch on the console, but Microsoft hasn’t responded, leaving the Xbox version in some doubt for the time being.
The upcoming Souls-like will release as expected on PS5 and PC on September 19. An Xbox Series X|S release may be sometime out yet, but you can still compare prices and prepurchase your game key at the current best price on our store pages below.
