Here are the confirmed titles coming to Game Pass April 2024. Lineup includes day-one games like Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes and Turbo Golf Racing.

Xbox Game Pass April 2024 Joining Titles

Update April 23 – Xbox Game Pass got another surprise this month with two new additions of awesome titles. Star Wars Jedi Survivor will enter the service just a few days before its first anniversary and Fallout 4 will get the free next-gen upgrade for free. While the latter will be available for all GP tiers, Jedi Survivor will only be available for GP Ultimate and PC Game Pass as the game is added via EA Play.

Update April 17 – Three more are added to the second wave of titles entering Game Pass. First, Orcs Must Die! 3, drops today, another tomorrow with EA Sports NHL 24 via EA Play, and then Have A Nice Death on the last day of the month. While NHL 24 is entering the service, NHL 22, on the other hand, is leaving on April 30.


Xbox Game Pass April 2024 Wave 2


Update April 16 – Game Pass subscribers are getting a free upgrade on the game, Grounded. Its final major update, 1.4 otherwise called Fully Yoked, will be available to all Game Pass subscribers. Also today, three games were shadow-dropped on EA Play which will be accessible to Game Pas Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. The games included are Populous The Beginning, Sid Meir’s Alpha Centuri, and Sim City 3000 Unlimited.

Update April 2 – Five more games are added on the list today which includes Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, Kona, Lil Gator Game, Lego 2K Drive, and EA Sports PGA Tour. PGA Tour will be accessible for Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC subscribers via EA Play.


Xbox Game Pass April 2024 Wave 1


We are nearing the end of the month which means another round of games is announced to join next month on Game Pass.

In the last update of the Game Pass Coming Soon section, we still see the last stretch of games to be added this month plus 3 titles for April. This includes Ark: Survival Ascended, F1 23, and Superhot: Mind Control Delete.

For those a bit confused, yes F1 23 was also part of the list in January. To clear it out, January was when F1 23 was added to EA Play, meaning subscribers for Game Pass PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can access it. Whereas this time around, it will be accessible through Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Ark: Survival Ascended (PC, Console, Cloud)



Ark: Survival Ascended is an action-adventure survival game and the remastered version of the original ARK: Survival Evolved game, rebuilt from the ground up using Unreal Engine 5.

The game puts you in the shoes of a naked human stranded on an island full of dinosaurs. You’ll need to gather resources, craft tools and weapons, build shelter, and tame dinosaurs in order to survive.

The game features a variety of gameplay mechanics including hunting, taming, crafting, building, and combat. The game also features a story mode which allows you to learn more about the world of Ark and the events that led to you being stranded there.

Ark: Survival Ascended joins Game Pass on April 1, 2024, opening the month to a new lineup.



F1 23 (Cloud)



The game features the 2023 season’s drivers, teams, and circuits, including new additions like the Las Vegas and Qatar Grand Prix. It also has a story mode called “Braking Point” that continues the narrative from the previous F1 game.

F1 23, as previously mentioned, joined Game Pass in January via EA Play. This month, it will be added to Xbox Cloud Gaming as well on April 2, 2024.



Superhot: Mind Control Delete (PC, Console, Cloud)



Superhot: Mind Control Delete is a first-person shooter game, considered as the third game in the Superhot franchise. It retains the signature gameplay of the series which creates a thrilling slow-motion ballet of destruction as you dodge bullets and strategically eliminate enemies.

The game world is presented as a text-mode graph, with each node representing a level. And these levels are procedurally generated so each playthrough offers a fresh experience with different enemy layouts and challenges.

Superhot: Mind Control Delete makes its way to Game Pass, again, on April 2, 2024.



LEGO 2K Drive (Console, Cloud)



LEGO 2K Drive is an open-world racing game set in Bricklandia, a world made entirely of LEGO bricks. You can can race on traditional racetracks, off-road terrain, and even on water. The game features a story mode, single races, cup series tournaments, and mini-games.

One of the unique features of LEGO 2K Drive is the ability to build custom vehicles. You can choose from over 1,000 unique LEGO pieces to create their dream cars, trucks, boats, and airplanes.

Lego 2K Drive joins Game Pass PC, Console, and Xbox Cloud Gaming on April 3, 2024.



Turbo Golf Racing 1.0 (PC, Console, Cloud)



Turbo Golf Racing is a vehicular golf racing where you control a boost-enabled car to hit a giant golf ball into a hole on various courses. You must keep the ball within the confines of the course and handle hazards like sand traps and rough terrain which will slow the ball.

Cars are equipped with boosters which can be used to speed up the vehicle and wings that will allow you to glide across the course. There are 70 unique levels and 100 missions to challenge yourself.

Turbo Golf Racing is releasing in full and will launch on day-one on Game Pass. Play this game with new features and modes starting April 4, 2024.



EA Sports PGA Tour (PC, Series X|S, Cloud – via EA Play)



EA Sports PGA Tour is a golf simulation video game and is the latest installment in the long-running PGA Tour series. The game is the exclusive home of all four major championships of professional golf: the Masters Tournament, the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open Championship, and The Open Championship.

It features a career mode where you can create your own golfer and progress through the PGA Tour ranks, competing in tournaments and earning points to improve their ranking.

Play EA Sports PGA Tour for free with EA Play starting April 4, 2024. This means, members of Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC subscription can enjoy this game for no additional cost too.



Lil Gator Game (PC, Console, Cloud)



Lil Gator Game is a wholesome 3D platform game where you play as Lil Gator, a curious and outgoing young alligator who enjoys exploring and hanging out with their friends.

You can climb, swim, glide, and slide their way through the island, meeting quirky characters along the way. The game world is full of secrets to discover, and there are plenty of side quests to complete.

Lil Gator Game is scheduled to enter Game Pass on April 4, 2024 also.



Botany Manor (PC, Console, Cloud)



Botany Manor is a relaxing and visually-appealing exploration-puzzle game for people who enjoy gardening and a touch of mystery. You will be playing Arabella Greene, a retired botanist who resides in a stately 19th-century English manor called Botany Manor where you will research and nurture rare plants.

The puzzles revolve around creating the optimal conditions (light, water, temperature) to bring these forgotten plants back to life.

Botany Manor will launch on day-one, April 9, 2024, on Game Pass as well.



Kona (Console, Cloud)



Kona is an adventure game set in October 1970 and centers on Carl Faubert, a private investigator who arrives at a snowy town in Nord-du-Québec, only to find the place deserted with something strange lurking around.

The game is a narrative-driven game with a focus on exploration and resource management so you’ll need to scavenge for supplies, stay warm, and avoid the dangers of the wilderness.

You can start playing Kona for free with an active Game Pass subscription on April 9, 2024.



Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (PC, Console, Cloud)



Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is the final chapter of Lara Croft’s origin story, and the culmination of the Survivor trilogy following Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

You will play as Lara Croft who races to save the world from a Maya apocalypse. She ventures into the perilous jungles of Central America to stop a Trinity organization from unleashing a devastating disaster. Being that this is the definitive edition, it includes all seven DLC challenge tombs, all downloadable weapons, outfits, and skills.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition officially enter Game Pass on April 11, 2024.



Harold Halibut (PC, Series X|S, Cloud)



Harold Halibut is a narrative adventure game with a focus on friendship and exploration. You play as Harold, a young lab assistant on a giant, submerged city-sized spaceship named FEDORA. Humanity fled a war-torn Earth 250 years ago, and FEDORA I now functions as a traveling ark searching for a new home.

Explore the spaceship city, interacting with its diverse cast of characters and forming friendships and learning about their lives in this unusual environment.

Harold Halibut enters Game Pass on April 16, 2024.



Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition (PC, Console, Cloud – Free Upgrade)



Grounded is a survival action-adventure game where you play a character who is shrunk to the size of an ant and must strive to survive in a backyard. You must find food and water to stay alive, and build shelters and tools to survive giant spiders, bees, and even centipedes.

The Fully Yoked Edition, which is the 1.4 update, features new adventures and improvements including the addition of different ant queens, a New Game+ mode with randomized elements, and innovative gear to craft and use.

Grounded Fully Yoked Edition will be available on Game Pass on April 16, 2024. The upgrade is be free to anyone who has an active subscription.



Populous: The Beginning (PC, Console – via EA Play)



Populous: The Beginning is a real-time strategy video game and the third entry in the Populous series. Unlike earlier games in the series, where you play as a god influencing loyal followers, The Beginning took a radical departure and places you in the role of a shaman, who directly leads her tribe against opponents.

The Beginning was the first in the series developed with entirely 3D graphics. It also features a campaign mode with 25 planets to conquer

This classic game is added to EA Play on April 16 which is accessible to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.



Sid Meir’s Alpha Centuri (PC, Console – via EA Play )



Sid Meir’s Alpha Centuri is a turn-based 4X strategy game set in a 22nd-century future where humanity attempts to colonize the planet Chiron in the Alpha Centauri star system. You lead one of seven ideological factions, each with a unique philosophy and approach to building a new society.

There are seven playable factions you can choose to explore the planet, expand your territory, exploit resources, and potentially eliminate rival factions. Then as the game progresses, a growing planetary sentience known as Gaia emerges, posing a threat to your civilization and forcing you to adapt your strategies.

Sid Meir’s Alpha Centuri also gets added to EA Play on April 16, 2024.



Sim City 3000 Unlimited (PC, Console – via EA Play)



Sim City 3000 Unlimited is an expansion pack to the popular city-building simulation game SimCity 3000. In the game, you will be tasked with creating and managing a thriving city, balancing various factors like zoning, utilities, traffic flow, and citizen satisfaction.

The core mechanics of the game is to construct a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial zones, along with essential infrastructure like power plants, transportation systems, and public services.

Sim City 3000 Unlimited is the third game to get added on EA Play on April 16, 2024.



Orcs Must Die! 3 (PC, Console, Cloud)



Orcs Must Die! 3 is an action-tower defense and the direct sequel to Orcs Must Die! 2. The game features a new story set more than 20 years after the events of Orcs Must Die! 2. The War Mage and Sorceress have rebuilt the Order of the Orc War and trained new apprentices, Elara and Egan, to defend the world from a renewed orc threat.

A new game mode, Scramble Mode, is added where orcs evolve with increasingly difficult abilities as the waves progress.

Orcs Must Die! 3 enters Game Pass on April 17, 2024.



EA Sports NHL 24 (Console – via EA Play)



NHL 24 is an ice hockey simulation and the 33rd installment in the NHL video game series. It features a complete overhaul to the gameplay mechanics from NHL 23 like Exhaust Engine which simulates the stamina and exertion of the players throughout the game so you’ll see players tire as the game progresses.

Also expect a new passing system, physics-based contact, and a revamped Ultimate Team mode among others.

EA Sports NHL 24 was added to EA Play on April 18, 2024, meaning Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can also play it. Unfortunately for PC Game Pass members, no PC version of the game is available.



Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes (PC, Console, Cloud)



Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a turn-based JRPG with gorgeous visuals and a vast world to explore. It is dubbed as the spiritual successor to the classic Suikoden series, known for its large cast of characters, strategic battles, and intricate storylines.

The story takes place on the war-torn continent of Allraan, where the Galdean Empire seeks to exploit a powerful artifact. Expect a rich narrative with themes of war, friendship, and challenging the established order.

Play Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes for free with an active Game Pass subscription starting April 23, 2024.



Another Crab’s Treasure (PC, Console, Cloud)



Another Crab’s Treasure is a soulslike adventure game set in a crumbling underwater world plagued by a mysterious curse. You will play as Kril, a hermit crab, as he goes on an epic treasure hunt to buy back his repossessed shell.

Along the way, you’ll uncover the dark secrets behind the polluted ocean and the curse threatening this underwater realm.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (PC, Console – via EA Play)



Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is an action-adventure game and sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, taking place five years after the events of the previous game. You will play as Cal Kestis, a young Jedi who is now a full-fledged Jedi Knight, who with his crew, are still on the run from the Empire. But now they are also being hunted by a new enemy: the Inquisitors.

Play the latest Star Wars video game for free with EA Play starting April 25, 2024, mere days before its one year anniversary. Being that it is accessible via EA Play, Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers can download the game too.



Fallout 4 (Next-Gen Upgrade) (PC, Console)



Fallout 4 is getting a next-gen update, meaning the game will now be optimized for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. You can choose between prioritizing high frame rates (up to 60fps) in Performance Mode or higher resolutions with Quality Mode.

And for PC users, widescreen and ultrawidescreen support for improved visuals on compatible monitors are implemented. On top of that, expect the usual bug fixes and stability improvements.

Fallout 4 Next-Gen update is deployed on April 25, 2024 and will be a gree upgrade for Game Pass subscribers.



Manor Lords (PC)



Manor Lords is a medieval city-building game where you can build freely based on resource proximity, trade routes, and the natural landscape. The game features a deep economic simulation that takes into account factors like production chains, resource availability, and trade.

As the game isn’t just building structures, you will also manage the social well-being of the citizens, and defend the lands from attackers. The game features large-scale tactical battles where you can command your troops and fight for glory.

Play Manor Lords for free with a Game Pass PC subscription starting April 26, 2024. The Xbox version is said to follow soon.



Have A Nice Death (PC, Console, Cloud)



Have A Nice Death is a 2D action roguelike game where you play as Death, CEO of Death Incorporated, who’s swamped with paperwork due to his overworked and unruly employees, the Sorrows, causing chaos on the surface world. You must restore order and run things smoothly again.

To do this, you must battle your way through procedurally generated departments of Death Incorporated, using a variety of weapons, spells, and scythe attacks to defeat the out-of-control Sorrows and their minions.

Have A Nice Death is the last game entering Game Pass this month. Play it for free with your subscription starting April 30, 2024.
