Free PlayStation Plus Premium Games April 2024

Playstation Plus started off this month with a great Essential free games lineup, which of course Extra and Premium members get to enjoy as well. EA Sports FC 24, Tunic, Ghostrunner 2, and Destiny 2: Lightfall are all awesome games which, together with Destiny 2 Expansion Open Access month, is enough to get you busy for the entire May.

But of course, the good news doesn’t end there for Extra and Premium subscribers. Games Catalog May 2024 additions have now been revealed and we got some good ones in there.

Headlining this month is critically-acclaimed open-world Western game, Read Dead Redemption 2. This isn’t the first time the game was available on PS Plus so subscribers who were sad to see it leave the service in September 2022 are ecstatic that it is once again available to play for free. Hopefully though, everyone who was waiting for it didn’t end up leaving PS Plus during the price hike.

Also part of the list are two additions to Ubisoft+ Classics Catalog, The Settlers: New Allies and Watch Dogs, which Extra and Premium members get for free with their subscription. These two, RDD2, The Sims 4 and Crime Boss: Rockay City are the notable titles for this month.

Although we have Red Dead Redemption 2 this time around, last month was more interesting not only with the fact that there were more games on the list but also two day-one additions which are pretty rare for Playstation Plus. But then at least we got to see one day-one launch (and a surprise too!) on May 9 when Animal Well was released.
