Moros Protocol is a new roguelike FPS coming from the Greek development team Pixel Reign. Originally announced in 2022 as Darkverse: Rogue, the team decided to update the title to Moros Protocol at the end of 2024.

The Pixel Reign team is finally back with new news about Moros Protocol. They officially announced on March 27, 2025, that the game will be arriving on Steam in 2025. Confirming their collaboration with Super Rare Originals for the game’s publication.
Accompanied by a new trailer showing the results of the development so far. With a Sci-Fi and Roguelike FPS in a style the team calls “pixel-painted,” similar to the System Shock Remake style but with more pixels. And an action-packed gameplay with an interesting style.

The Pixel Reign team promises an action-packed game, taking us to the wreck of the spaceship The Orpheus. Where we’ll need to survive through corridors full of dangers. The game blends modern mechanics with 90s and 2000s FPS gameplay, offering:
