Lords of the Fallen 2 is reportedly in the works, but the filing indicates that when it launches on PC, it will be an Epic Games exclusive.
In a filing, seen by Bankier, CI Games is currently actively working on Lords of the Fallen 2, with a 2026 release date set for the Souls-like. Like the recent reboot of the first game, it will come to PlayStation and PC but will not be available on Steam at launch; instead, it will be an Epic exclusive.
It’s disappointing news for those who prefer to buy their games on Valve’s platform, but it doesn’t mean it won’t ever be released on Steam. It will likely have a year-exclusive deal on Epic before moving over, as have many games in the past. You’ll just have to wait a little longer for the action-RPG sequel.
Meanwhile, the recent Lords of the Fallen 1.5 update has improved the game’s performance, stability, optimization, and introduces new spells, armor sets, and other key features – making the game much more playable after a tough launch.
The game is set to release on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 late 2024. Keep an eye out for an exact release date and game key deals on Allkeyshop.
