Lies of P director Ji Won Choi has officially confirmed a sequel after thanking fans for 1 million sales.

In a recent video thanking fans for 1 million sales, director Ji Won Choi revealed more details about the game’s future, and confirmed a sequel.

Having only been released in September, Lies of P has already hit 1 million sales, and many were just looking forward to the already announced DLC.

But in a video thanking fans for the game’s success and updating them on the future of the Souls-like, Choi dropped the news that a sequel is already in the works.

In the update, Choi says, “Our highest priority is developing the DLC and working on our sequel.” He then says the team is “putting in significant effort, brainstorming and exploring different aspects of the projects.”

Unfortunately, he did not reveal any information on the sequel. But with the upcoming DLC and a balance patch that features weapon balance tweaks, adjusts quality-of-life improvements, and various other changes, there are plenty of reasons to be excited about the future of Lies of P.
