With the event titled Summer Road Trip, a new crossover collab arrives on Fortnite and Rocket League, the two most played free-to-play games from Epic Games. A collab with none other than Tesla, bringing Elon Musk’s infamous electric car to both games.
How to Redeem the Tesla Cybertruck on Rocket League and Dates
The Summer Road Trip event will be available on Rocket League from 23rd July 2024, to 6th August 2024. During this period, players must complete 3 simple challenges by 6th August to unlock the entire Cybertruck set:
- Challenge 1 for the Cyber Wheels: Starting July 23, Play 8 Online Matches
- Challenge 2 for the Beast Mode Cybertruck Boost: Starting July 26, Play 8 Online Matches with the Cyber Wheels equipped
- Challenge 3 for the entire bundle: Starting July 31, Play 8 Online Matches with the Beast Mode Cybertruck Boost equipped
How to Redeem the Tesla Cybertruck on Fortnite and Dates
Fortnite will also receive the Summer Road Trip event, available from July 23 to August 6, 2024. With a total of 9 missions, one for each day starting July 23, with missions varying from earning exp in creator-made islands or Battle Royale, Lego, Rocket, or Festival. Receiving:
- Underworld Camo Wrap: With 3 Missions completed
- Sun Sign Back Bling: With 6 Missions completed
- Tesla Cybertruck Bundle: With 9 Missions completed, plus the Beast Mode Cybertruck Boost
What are the rewards of the Summer Road Trip for Rocket League and Fortnite
The Summer Road Trip rewards include a series of items that include:
- Tesla Cybertruck Car Body (Hybrid Hitbox)
- Cybertruck Starlink + Traction Board Topper
- Cybertruck Engine Audio
- Baja Off-Road Cybertruck Decal
- OMG Cybertruck Decal
- Matte Black Cybertruck Decal
- CyberCamo Cybertruck Decal
- Stainless Steel Cybertruck Decal
- Cyber Wheels
Specifically, the Tesla Cybertruck Car Body, Decals, Beast Mode Boost, and Cyber Wheels will be compatible and usable in both Fortnite and Rocket League. If you already play both games, you can simply complete the Summer Road Trip in only one of the two.
The last chance for Cybertruck Summer Road Trip content on Fortnite and Rocket League
Although the Summer Road Trip event ends on 6 August 2024, the Epic team has decided to give one last chance to those who couldn’t complete the challenge in time or found out late. In fact, all the rewards will be available in the respective games’ Shops starting from 7 August 2024, and for a limited time until 21st August on Rocket League. All except the Baja Off-Road Decal, which can only be obtained if you complete the entire event in one of the two games.
