With the confirmation of Xbox Games’ participation in Gamescom 2024, which will be held from 21st to 25th August, Blizzard has also confirmed their presence at Microsoft’s booth. With Blizzard now under the Microsoft umbrella, there will be active participation in the most anticipated European gaming event.

With some titles already confirmed by Xbox Games, several games developed and published by Blizzard will also be present at the Xbox booth. Thanks to the absence of Nintendo and PlayStation at Gamescom, Microsoft’s gaming division has secured the largest booth ever. A portion of this booth will be dedicated to the Blizzard universe. The lineup of games includes:

What Blizzard will announce at Gamescom 2024

The War Within, the new WoW expansion, will certainly be in the spotlight considering its early access launch is set for 22nd August 2024, the day after Gamescom opens. On the other hand, we also have the Vessel of Hatred expansion for Diablo IV, which will surely be accompanied by trailers and new information as its release is scheduled for 8th October 2024. There will also be content related to Diablo Immortal, which, despite the initial criticisms, seems to be quite popular.

Lastly, regarding Overwatch 2, the team has confirmed a showcase for Season 12, and the arrival of the new hero Space Ranger expected in 2024. There will even be a 1:1 replica of the skin in collaboration with Porsche for D.Va, hinting at the possibility of more Porsche-themed skins for other characters.
