Venture into Star Wars Jedi Survivor, a galaxy-spanning, third-person, action-adventure about the story of Cal Kestis, taking place 5 years following the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order™ in which Cal’s desperate fights as the galaxy succumbs further into darkness.

• Cal, no longer a padawan has grown into a powerful Jedi Knight, with the burden of memories and expectations of the Jedi Order in him as his crusade against the Empire has increasingly become more dangerous. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is an excellent game, and an especially fantastic sequel; it’s just a shame that most players will ultimately have to compromise when they decide where and how to play the game.

No surprises here. Survivor doubles down on Fallen Order, deepening the Jedi power fantasy and expanding on its predecessor in every way, though all its choice and freedom do limit both the story and, surprisingly, the combat.
