Just dove into Hades 2 in early access, and it’s everything I hoped for! The combat is just as tight and satisfying as the first game, and the new gods and powers add some awesome twists. It’s still early, but I can already tell this is going to be another hit from Supergiant. Can’t wait to see how it evolves during early access!

The excellent Hades 2 returns in the same spirit as the first game. It’s a rogue-like game set against the backdrop of Olympus and its deities. The game hasn’t lost its sense of humor, and it’s always a pleasure to progress, unlocking weapons and other abilities, and going that little bit further. The game is in early access, to be fine-tuned thanks to player feedback.
I played the first game and loved it, from the soundtrack to the gameplay and beyond. And the artwork was very good too.
This one seems to follow the precedent in all aspects. The only con I see is it being early access, which is a thing I despise.
Nonetheless, this game has potential to be even better than the first one. A roguelike to keep an eye on.
Hades 2 released on early access a few days ago. This roguelite, action RPG was highly anticipated due to the success and quality of the first game and appears to have delivered despite being incomplete at the moment. The core gameplay is similar to the first game but seems to be improved with smoother and faster controls. Visuals are vibrant and there are new powers, weapons and story to experience and enjoy. If you liked Hades I think this is a safe purchase.
