Xbox Game Pass March 2025: What’s New? Discover March’s additions to Game Pass when to start playing for free!


Xbox Game Pass March Lineup

Update March 28 – Together with Atomfall, College Football 25 is Game Pass’s surprise addition for March. It is available for Ultimate members via EA Play. Although the game was released on newer consoles only, it is supported by xCloud so, in extension, it can also be played on PC and Xbox One with this program.

Update March 19 – After revealing the second set of titles leaving Game Pass this month, Microsoft has now also updated the wave 2 list of games entering the service. It has 2 day-one launches including yesterday’s addition of 33 Immortals and the other one, Atomfall, which will release on March 27.

Update March 5 – Microsoft has finally released the full wave 1 list for Xbox Game Pass March lineup. The announcement was alongside the addition of the first game for this month, Monster Train. And today, the second title on the list, Galacticare, enters Game Pass Standard. The other titles added to Game Pass for the first half of the month are Enter the Gungeon, Mullet Madjack, and 33 Immortals.

Original publication – February may have been a short month and its Game Pass lineup wasn’t the longest either, but what it lacked in quantity, it more than made up for in quality. A total of 11 games were in the lineup and among them were some major highlights. One of the most anticipated titles of the year, Avowed, made its debut setting the stage for what could be another massive RPG hit for Xbox. Another major addition was one of last year’s most critically acclaimed and awarded games, Balatro.

Now, as we step into March, the expectation remains the same: quality and excitement for Xbox Game Pass members. While we wait for the official first wave announcement, a few games have already been scheduled for the service, and there’s hope that, like February, surprises could be on the horizon.


Xbox Game Pass March 2025 Joining Titles

While Xbox has yet to officially reveal Wave 1 of March’s Game Pass additions, there are already two confirmed titles arriving this month, both launching day one on the service. To note though that 33 Immortals is on Early Access / Game Preview status.

There’s also a rumor that SOPA: Tale of the Stolen Potato could launch on Game Pass this month, but with no concrete confirmation, it’s best to take this one with a grain of salt.

This list will be updated as more titles are announced so stay tuned!


With just two confirmed games for March so far, the lineup is looking light especially considering April already has more confirmed additions. But if February taught us anything, it’s that Game Pass can still deliver strong surprises.

Hopefully, Microsoft has a few quality games up its sleeve, and we wouldn’t mind another unexpected addition or two!
