Blizzard has upgraded all inaction WoW accounts to let everyone play World of Warcraft free this weekend.

The WoW free-to-play weekend will give all players full access to the game, including all their characters and the Dragonflight expansion.

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight added the Dragon Isles, Dragonriding, and the Dracthyr Evoker hero class to the MMO.

So, this weekend, during the free trial period, you can explore the Dragon Isles for the first time, get to grips with the new talent system, and learn new specializations and professions.

Now is the perfect time to re-download WoW and jump back into it if you’ve been away for a while.

The WoW free-to-play weekend takes place March 9-12.
