Will Microsoft Offer A Refund For Tides of Annihilation Xbox Page Mishap?

In an unexpected turn of events, the highly anticipated fantasy action-adventure game, Tides of Annihilation, briefly became available for purchase on the Xbox Store, despite not having an official release date. Microsoft has since acknowledged the error and have edited the page. So what happens to those you bought?
Tides of Annihilation Release Details and New Trailer
Priced at $22.49, many fans bought the game and got excited as the purchase went through and a download bar initiated. They were met with a 300MB placeholder file that couldn’t be launched though. The now taken down page also showed a release date of Feb 5th which, at this point, everyone knew something was wrong. That didn’t stop fans from buying the game though, probably even thinking it’s an insanely good price, it was worth a shot.
While the page is now fixed and does not have the “purchase button” anymore, no official statement was issued by Microsoft yet. In fact, as of writing, gamers who bought the game have not made known of any refunds on their side. It will probably be the case but some have pointed out that Xbox does have a limit of refund someone can have in a year. There’s also the event of when you purchase it as a gift.
These beg the question, will someone end up with the game at this price?
Was just told (in case it wasn’t obvious) that the Xbox Store is having an issue and the game is only supposed to be listed for wishlisting – no pricing details officially announced.
