According to Variety, this AAA open-world RPG is being created by a new division at Iwot Studios, the production company behind the Amazon television series. The game promises to encompass “everything” from the book series.

Craig Alexander, vice president of Warner Bros. Games, is leading the upcoming Wheel of Time RPG. His previous projects include Lord of the Rings Online and Dungeons & Dragons Online.
Iwot Studios says the game is part of a “multi-platform strategy to expand” the WoT. Regarding the game, CEO Rick Selvage told Variety: “It’s an open-world game, and it’ll be everything with the Wheel of Time.” He also says it will not be “limited to one area or another or a particular age.”
