The game relies heavily on stealth, unlike other games that are part stealth and more action. Bringing you back to the fantasy world of humans, elves, and goblins and stealth are the number one key to your success.

There are a lot of places to hide in shadows, baskets or anything that can fit into. Given that you play as a short goblin, there will be many places for you to take cover under. You can hang from ledges, climb hanging ropes, and creep up and blend in the shadows.

Getting spotted will mean instant death or if not, you may still get a chance to find cover and hide and wait until the alarm is turned down.

A very helpful tool to use is the clone that Styx could use similar to that found in the Styx: Master of Shadows. In Shards of Darkness, the clone is now upgraded and can be used as a teleporter or perhaps a checkpoint.

You can see all these in the STYX: Shards of Darkness – Art of Stealth trailer. The video gives you awesome slo-mo of how Styx works.

Get ready for Styx: Shards of Darkness, it officially launches 14 March for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One.
