Stellar Blade, the action-adventure by Shift Up, is coming to PC in 2025. The fast-paced sci-fi was released earlier this year as a PS5 exclusive, but we now know it will land on PCs sooner rather than later. The developer is eager to target the PC market, expecting it will outperform console sales.
After a successful launch on PS5, Stellar Blade, the sci-fi adventure from Shift Up, is coming to PC. Shift Up revealed in its recent Q3 2024 earnings report that the game’s PC release was “being considered within 2025.”
Shift Up continued to mention Black Myth: Wukong, the action-RPG that was released to critical acclaim this past August, noting that “Steam’s expanding market share in the AAA game sector” makes it the perfect platform to target global success. Black Myth: Wukong sold 10 million copies across PS5 and PC in its first three days.
The Stellar Blade port to PC brings possible higher graphics settings, custom controls, and perhaps modding options. The PC version will undoubtedly reach even more gamers, which promises new optimizations and future updates.
Shift Up is targeting a Steam release, where Stellar Blade will follow previous PS5 exclusive titles like Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, God of War, and Final Fantasy 16. With an already dedicated fanbase on PS5, Stellar Blade is ready to reach new heights when it comes to PC in 2025.

Stellar Blade is ready to receive an exciting free update on November 20 that adds the long-awaited Photo Mode. The upcoming patch also sees Stellar Blade and NieR:Automata come together to offer eleven special collaboration items.
A Stellar Blade 2025 PC release date will reassure fans that further exciting updates are coming. With no exact release date given, we’ll all have to be patient for a Steam release, which is coming.
