The worst experience so far, stay away, I bought a Steam key, they sent me a used key, they told me that they will resolve the issue shortly, after more than 4 hours I contacted them again and they told me that they need 24 hours to resolve the issue (sent me a new steam key ), I asked for a refund but they denied it, they said I have to wait for my case to be resolved. 8 hours later, still waiting, no key, no refund. It was the first and last time, never again.
All good and very fast, plus no hidden fees - in fact discount better than shown.
I've bought a street fighter 6 dlc, the process was easy and really fast. Awesome shop, no hidden fees and the key worked!
Good prices. But crazy long paymenet processing (PayPal, MC VIsa) for some hours and days.
Unfortunately I had to bare the nightmare of their website beyond their website's "add to cart" feature. I recently purchased a game, and within 2 days it gives me an error and is unable to start, even after trying all sorts. I of course write in a ticket explaining the situation, and got an automated response that did not target my problem. Upon wanting to reply, the website does not work at all! Unable to reply or create a new ticket was quite disappointing.
