Made me wait 96 hours to get a game then demanded id and then it was another 48 hours to get the cd key.
makes me wait 24 hours just to get my product compared to others which get me the product instant
No issues from my side, orders was on hold as had to do a verification step. Support is fast from what I have experienced.
I can't activate the key I bought and the support refuse to refund me. A week for a bull*** response. I consider as scam
Okay, I had an issue with one key when I bought Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 I had to wait about 10 minutes for it, and I was already worried it might be a scam, but everything came through in the end. They list support, so it’s easy to get in touch. I’ll definitely come back, especially since the prices are sometimes crazy low :D
